Today, we’re introducing GigSafe Trust, a platform that connects Transcompss training with credential visibility across agent networks. Network teams can see where attention is needed. Agents get the tools to manage their own rosters, qualifications and follow-up. Drivers can see their qualification status and what to do next.

Trust builds on GigSafe’s acquisition of Transcompss, connecting specialized training expertise with software for the networks that rely on it. For companies that already know Transcompss, Trust is the new dashboard connecting that training to their network relationships.

A network view, location by location

An agent may meet the qualification minimum at one airport and need another qualifying driver at a second. Trust makes that difference visible, so network teams can direct their follow-up to the location that needs it.

The initial focus is HazMat qualifications. Network teams can review participating agents by company or location, identify locations below the required minimum and see flags for approaching credential expirations. They can also export location results as a timestamped CSV.

That gives operations a common starting point for the next conversation with an agent: where the requirement is met, and where action is needed to meet or maintain it.

A clear next step for agents and drivers

Agents get started with an invitation to GigSafe Trust. An authorized representative sets up the company account, reviews sharing and builds the roster for its covered locations. Agents can add drivers, share a join link and confirm requests from people joining the roster.

Within its own workspace, the agent sees qualifying driver counts, gaps by location and approaching expirations. Drivers get a personal task with their current qualification status and a link to the relevant Transcompss course.

Training continues through Transcompss. Trust connects the resulting credential records to the agent’s confirmed roster and location assignments, making those records useful to both the agent and its network.

Shared results, with driver details kept private

Agents manage the detail of their own teams. After an agent accepts sharing, the network sees whether each covered location meets the requirement, along with its expiration-risk indicator. The network does not receive driver names, driver counts, contact details or individual credential records.

Each result reflects the specified qualification requirement and the records available when Trust evaluates it.
